1. Eyebrows: Frame the Face

- Setting: Apply a clear or tinted brow gel to keep the brows in place and add a polished finish.
2. Eyeshadow Primer: Base for Longevity
- Application: Apply an eyeshadow primer or a neutral concealer on your eyelids to create a smooth base and help the eyeshadow adhere better. This prevents creasing and ensures the eyeshadow lasts longer.
3. Eyeshadow: Create Depth and Dimension
- Base Shade: Apply a neutral, skin-toned eyeshadow as a base all over the eyelid. This helps in setting the primer and provides a clean canvas for other colors.
